Was skeptical in the beginning as I live in a remote area, no fibre until at least 2026 and big trees around us. Basically every internet crowd said speeds wouldn't be good. Up stepped Rural WiFi who I have to say have been great and so far so good. Getting speeds that allows me to WFH and game online with friends. I highly recommend ringing Customer Service when the product arrives as they will literally guide u in the right direction and where to set up for best speeds. Big shout-out to Dawn for her support and professionalism.
Really excellent Customer service! Unfortunately, the coverage in my area was poor as we are situated beside a forest, but Rural WiFi done everything in their power to try improve it, they were a pleasure to deal with and were amazing for follow-up calls. Brilliant service at rural Ireland. You speak to a person not a machine. Had no internet for years. They forget about people in the country. So many internet's and none worked. They are a family run business and are taking the internet by storm. Dawn I was speaking to. One amazing girl. Thank you Dawn. My son can work from home now. Great customer service skills.
