Rural WiFi does not refund the original shipping cost when hardware is returned within the cooling off period. You will be liable for the cost of data usage made during your cooling off period prior to successful termination of the contract under the 14-Day Cooling off period. Refund may take up to 30 days to ensure data usage costs are correct.
Do I need a landline to get Rural WiFi?
No. You don’t need a landline to avail of our Rural WiFi broadband in your home or business. Our router connects wirelessly to the nearest mast through our spectrum network. In case the signal isn’t strong enough, due to thick walls or the design of your house, we provide a high gain external booster antenna that increases the stability and quality of your internet connectivity.

How do I deal with signal black spots?
The coverage inside your home is different from the signal strength coming to your router and it is possible you may have black spots where no signal is available. This may be due to the size of your house or structure of the walls. To resolve this issue we offer a range of WIFi Extenders and powerline adapters as we easy to use mesh kits to extend the connection across the home without expensive cable runs.
