Cancelling within your cooling-off period after you have been installed

– We do not refund any equipment that was installed externally by the installer, so please ensure you are at the property on the day of the installation to ensure you are satisfied.

– There is a Missed Appointment Fee – Once the appointment is confirmed by you, if you miss the installation appointment you will incur a missed installation fee of €30 which will be charged to the card on file.

– €50 is non-refundable if the installation is a fail on the day of installation.

If the installation is completed successfully, and you decide to cancel within the trial period, please note that the entire €80 fee is non-refundable.
